e Ideology of "Source" magazine is that they are a hiop hop magazine they aim to the type of audience that would be interested in the Hiphop and RnB culture.
They aim to inform and evalute people reading the magazine about what is going on in the Hiphop music idustry.
The language used on the front cover of "Source" magazine is very young for example words like "hood" and "hip". Young people are more likily to use thses words in there everyday language meaning that the magazine is trying to appeal to a younger adueince aswell.
The main image on the front cover is a picture of Young Joc. He is a icon in America, he is well known for his rap music and has featured on some of the biggest hiphop and rnb songs on America. This again shows that magazines follow the same conventions of that they have a influencial character on the front cover of the magazine. "Source" magazine will hope that people will buy the magazine beacuse of this.
